Rotten was the first shock site when the Internet reeeeeeeeeeally started popping off. I saw so much strange shyt on there. This was back when people didn't know that you could basically post what you wanted on the net and folks would demand that they take shyt down
Best gore is on some next level shyt but the insane amount of racists on there is crazy. The camera phone era is what really is pushing these "new" sites thru the roof because these nasty accidents happen and the first thing people are doing is pulling out the cell phones
