I remember a bunch of crackers and c00ns trying to petition the US to invade the CONTINENT of Africa. I think the Secretary of State was HC. Didn't she suggest using drone surveillance to find Kony? Sounds like an excuse for the US to interfere in African affairs and expand their surveillance grid in Africa.
