I love kevin smith and love horror but i have little interest in this. Looked like human centipede with smith dialogue.

Man I can't trust Smith as a director, let alone a writer. Like it's one thing in comedy where nobody seems to expect the movie to look good, it's another thing in horror where you actually have to attempt at creating a proper atmosphere through visuals. I didn't see Red State so maybe he's gotten better at directing, who knows.

I kind of fukked with Red State but this nikka should stick to writing stoner comedies. Clerks, Mallrats and Chasing Amy still his best 3 by far.

Apparently this one only cost like 3.5 million or something to make because everybody involved is pretty much a friend of Kevin Smith.

Also just from hearing who the surprise cameo is I already know it's the sort of thing that makes the movie come to a sudden stop. Especially considering who it is.
