Anybody teach English abroad or know someone who does?

I know a guy whose friends my coworker that is doing it in the middle east. He said he makes decent money, living conditions suck, but he gets to smoke a lot of weed. I met a couple of girls who did it in South Korea, and they seemed content.

Yea it was pretty stupid. From what her little brother tells me she realized her senior year she didn't want a regular job and only wanted to move to Europe. She's always putting up pics looking happy so I can't fully knock her but yea its a crazy decision to make.

I know someone who spent 5 yrs in France as a linguistics instructor. She made good money but came back to work for a private school here in the states and looking to work as a translator for the UN. I am not sure how much it pays but she loves it
