I've been just window shopping and I see a lot of houses a little more upscale sitting on the market a long time. Lots of price drops over time too. Wondering if the market is inflated or not.

depends where you are the market is largely inflated though

with rising interest rates you should see more price cuts

the markets kinda like around 07/08' most place in the north east currently
