Naw - this was when Buddy Ryan died, so of course that very morning they were trying to find connects.
They got Mike Singletary on the phone, and he was being Mike Singletary...which was not giving them what
they wanted.
It seems like they were trying to ask him questions where could get all flowery and emotional, but Mike was
giving them short answers that were straight to the point. There were all these gaps where you could tell
the anchor was like "uh...is that it?" before he went to the next question and whatnot. It was lowkey hilarious,
but like I said, you can tell they were trying to be ESPN and probably thought "okay, let's find the biggest name
we can as fast as we can to give us some oomph to this story..." Oh well.
