So there are two types of high when it comes to stims

there's the therapeutic dose and there's the recreational dose

The therapeutic dose is almost always lower than the recreational dose, but it is for productive purposes blah blah blah anyway I'd say it starts at around 10mg of adderall (depending on mass). You won't get "high", but you will notice your ability to focus, concentrate and memory will all be a lot easier. Perfect for studying. And yes, you will stay up

Now if you take, say, 30mg, with no tolerance, you'll achieve overfocus, and then you won't be able to really do anything because you'll be hyperlocked into whatever it is that catches your attention, which could be anything. Even porn. don't let it be porn. You can go for days on adderall. I'm not kidding. Stay away from porn
