SMH they're good dudes man, I respect them because they're very smart, I just wish they were more ambitious and stop working hard while cacs sit around and get paid more then them

TBH, I had a white boss that was treated like that. He was mean to us and controlling but the guy above him absolutely was ruthless to him. My boss wasn't a soft or weak white dude(He was kind of redneckish, was chill when he wanted and had a very dominate personality) but the way he was getting chewed out had me like and he had to just take it because he had 3 kids and a wife to provide for. Luckily he ended up going to another company in another state, he has a bigger house too, better neighborhood than what he had here and he seems a lot happier now so I can't feel too sorry for him.


One of my worst fears is getting an a$$hole white boss who hates black employees who is a complete shythead and I end up going mode and getting my ass fired and fukking up my money. I have a very high BS filter and I can tune out easily so I'm always in

mode but passive agressive, racist white people send me from 0 to 100 real quick. That slick greasy shyt can fly over black people's heads who aren't very concious but I catch the little stuff easily and it irritates me when they think they can get away with it.
