Anyone already bought their grave, or planned their funeral?

I’ll be 40 in 98 days.

My mom already has her grave. My grandparents bought plots for them, and their kids when my mom was a teen. Her husband is going to be in the mausoleum. He was in the military. He bought his space years ago.

I have no idea what my dad is doing.

My wife and I are considering buying our plots now. Am I too young for this? We have no children.

Am I starting my midlife crisis? Maybe we should wait 10 more years.

We already have it.

My grandma died, and left 13 life insurance policies, and they all went to her husband, and his kids, and grandkids. My mom got nothing. After that, she set one up for my sister and I, and told us to always have life insurance when we get married.

I own three empty plots i bought when my grandmother died, next to hers. However, who will end up there depends on who goes first. My mother god willing not for a long time, and maybe one or more of her siblings if they want to. If not i might be in there one day.
