You don't get burn per say but if a key code not working automatically take it to the chat and tell them. The support would want proof and just show them with screenshots and your money will be refunded

The keys should be legit. They just acquire them through illegal means.

It's an unofficial steam reseller site. You could get banned for using their keys (which are acquired by less than legal means [allegedly]). I never fukk with them. GMG is the go to site for steam keys for me. They always have the newest games at like 20-30% off. The risk of getting banned is too great for me to fukk with G2A.
