Yeah, it's American.
IMHO, I'd much rather give my children gifts on a holiday created by a brother than one created in Europe by Romans.

It's not an african holiday... and africans don't celebrate it because it's for US in the diaspora... they celebrate the ones made by romans n shyt.
I like the ideas behind it. 'We' are celebrating it.. but as usual I'm like whatever about it. I don't even participate in bday's.
If there is food I'm there tho... even thanksgiving.. shyt , not eating wont bring those natives back to life.

futurama is so underrated.Anyway no I try to give my children the gift of knowledge of self all year long but I have nothing against Kwanzaa.

Christmas in its current form was created by Macy's and all those corps that wanted us to buy their crap. I consider Valentine's day to be a Hallmark holiday but I sure as hell demand March 14 to be celebrated.
