running something similar on both my laptops...seems smooth enough

laptop from way back 2013 ish.. that wasn't even supposed to support windows 11..

What "bloat" is there on Windows nowadays? The widgets, that can be turned off? Like @Hersh said, I had shyt like that running back in the XP/7 days...

Had no idea windows 11 has bloat and i been using it since release...what bloats are u referring to? Yall acting like windows put some trash games/apps on my pc like android does.

I'm def in the minority. I only use my surface to study, edit photos, edit music, edit videos. I just found out it could connect to my TV wirelessly. I swore I tried it a long time ago and it didn't work so I have a USB c to HDMI dongle. If it didn't pop up with the "connect to your TV wirelessly?" Prompt id have figured my TV wasn't supported.

I don't know if that counts for bloat but it doesn't have a bunch of apps that I had to register or uninstall.
