Breh im a literally staring at the screen all day . The times i've tried limiting my phone use i noticed a change in my moods. And it doesn't help that most of the content i consume is pretty negative. I might try cutting it off at around 8pm and just reading.
Did this work out for you? Phone addiction is real, I started to put my phone away and not use it past 7pm a week ago. I deleted toxic social media apps like Tiktok.
