i tore the sheet out of my cartiladge (didn't know it then, but it was brando nroy career ending)... and it hurt so bad that it felt like a neega shot me with a buckshot in my lower back, hip and knee...


2 weeks later, I was (prematurely) shimmying and shaking the fukk out of sorry neegaz in the gym..

if you're a baller, like Kevin ware is, and you can play ball, you will play again.

I realized my diet played a large part in it (As did wearing those brand new bulky ass lebron 8's), so im sure kevin ware will take his Vitamin D and Calcium supplements eat good foods, stop smoking if he does, and get back right, Insha'Allah and do what must be done

When i was playing basbeball(ss), i see a guy roll his ankle(very grphically but not as bad as ware) sliding foot first itosecond base. I was right there i his grill when he did it


When i was playin basketball outside, i seen a guy popped his shoulder out. sort of similar in nature in Ware's where it was barely any contact, just going for a loose ball and hit the ground and "POP". Crazy and fiunny thing was he was back a week and half l8er hoopin with a arm sling on . I know his doctor recommended against that. lol.

At age 26 im contemplating either retiring or just bulking up and playing in the low post. My plan was to continue to improve my perimeter defense/offense and slashing and wait until my early 30's to utilize my post game. The plan has changed one way or another
