One of my coworkers has like 3 Arizona Iced Tea Can sized Monster Energy drinks a day and gets migraines every now and then

I cant fukk witchall nikkas

Stop stayin up all nite watchin old "In The Thick" movies and get some god damn sleep

If u need caffeine to get thru the day u not movin rite

Replace it occasionally with Tieguanyin tea, or a few cups of Black/Earl Grey.

I drink more coffee, but I've noticed with high-caffeine coffee, the effects are a lot more smooth. There is no "jitteriness" and no crash.
If you take it with Adderall you're less likely to have palpitations.
