Alot of stress in my life and i can tell its affecting my health.

I'm convinced it will end me one day

Anyone else relate? And im not just talking coronavirus related stress

Nah. Years ago I was diagnosed with ptsd and anxiety and i learned a long time ago to change what you can control and don't stress what you can't. Ever since I adopted this life has been manageable. I still have my issues and bad days. I just had to learn how to recognize it and handle it accordingly
