Anyone else fed up of what Christmas has become

In most instances I agree. But that doesn’t apply do this situation because the older people usually enjoyed thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. I just think the whole world is getting tainted.

No, it is the same, you are just an adult now. Things like holidays do not hit the same as they do when you were a child, it is what is.

Thanksgiving is a fake ass holiday too.

I guess kids would make the experience more enjoyable (depending on the family/kid).

But as far as anything else goes… idk. There’s a dark cloud over Xmas especially this year it feels. Maybe too much negativity going on to really celebrate anything.

And I’m saying the negativity is being pushed, not like people aren’t trying to avoid it. Thats why people don’t watch the news and stuff. But it’s kind of hard to escape negative shyt. Nothing is fun right now

I like spending time with family and watching hoops on Christmas day. And the time off from work is nice, especially now that I live somewhere that's warm all year round.

But outside of that, Christmas doesn't really hit like that for me anymore. Wife been nagging me to get the tree set up since Thanksgiving, got a million other things I'd rather do.
