Anyone else figure out that weed/gummies make anxiety worse?

I just had a lightbulb moment. I was taking Delta 9, and THC-O for months. Then, weed was legalized in my state, and I got the real THC, and went through 20 of those in a week. I took the last one on Sunday night. I’ve been off gummies for the entire week, and my anxiety has been much better. I was taking 2 a day, thinking they were helping, but it made the anxiety worse. I had a little vodka yesterday, and it crept back up again. It wasn’t even difficult to stop. I just ran out, and didn’t buy more. I got my appetite back too. I was getting too skinny, and discovered they suppress your appetite.

I think I’m going to live the sober life.

yes that is why weed (THC) should be banned - not available for general purchase.

Look into L-Theanine instead if you're looking for a way to assist your system relaxing. Also consider learning how to breathe much, much deeper and slower than you currently are because I can tell you're a chest breather. That contributes hugely to creating anxiety but it also exists due to the same so its a loop you've got to break.

From what I’m reading, this also decreases appetite. A lot of supplements suppress your appetite, and I can’t afford to lose any weight.

THC won't help with your anxiety. Maybe you should be taking controlled amounts of high CBD edibles/tablets.

It's the sativa. One of the reasons it's best to know what you are smoking. I research strains before purchase to make sure I can fukk with it
Yes, people miss this part. If you go to a dispensary or even their website they will breakdown the terpenes inside each strain, the percentages, and what benefits each strain provides. There’s a science to cannabis now. Everyone should ask as many questions before consuming.
