I usually get home ready to release the devil like

But in the middle of thangz i just get jammed up and i gotta start shifting gears like

Unfortunately even if i flex all the booty muscles, the end result got me on the toilet like

Its so bad that I feel upset every time I gotta release the dragon like

Yea. I was eating nothing but takeout for a while and that shyt did a number on my stomach.

You gotta clean up your diet breh. Cut out processed foods as much as possible. Your diet should consist of mostly meat, fish, veggies, fruits, brown rice, and water. Your stomach will be working like clockwork.

Also, may sound weird, but i find that crunches really help to keep me regular. Eat a meal. Wait a couple hours. Knock out a couple hundred crunches. I feel like it gets your stomach muscles moving or something making the food easier to digest. Idk. Diets the most important thing though.

Why do I have to do all of that just to take a dump. I wasn't doing all that when I was 16

You could also stretch your butthole
Anal sexual intercourse is pretty good for that
