Anyone else find the weather service to be a total crapshoot now?

Im aware trump has eliminated crucial positions in noaa, but I never imagined we'd go back to the 80s when it has come to predicting weather. Often I get rain in my forecast and the shyt just never happens or gets delayed days at the last minute. shyts nuts

They doing what they can with the scraps they got left. At least they're forecasting rain when it doesn't happen rather than the other way around.

I still find it accurate for Florida. I haven't been outside of the state of FL since September 2024 when I moved down here.



I'm bitter cause fall came early for every eastern seaboard state except for FL it seems like



There's a threat of rain every day but it doesn't always happen in my town. I've seen it rain in Tampa but be sunny and dry in my town. I just assume that is the nature of living in a tropical climate
