Anyone else have ads randomly pop up on their wii u remote controller

Im talking about the controller with the screen. Sometimes when im sleeping ill be woken up by a brightass light and its an ad telling me to buy more games. I about to unplug this shytty tracking device of a system

I do. It doesn't happen often. It turned itself on twice on me. Once with a Mario kart 8 advertisement and another with a Zelda advertisement.
