anyone else have problems sleeping

after bein awake for like 25 hours i fell asleep last night around 10pm

woke up around 1am to take a piss and couldnt fall back asleep.

now im wide awake again



no drugs involved. i drink alotta beer tho, usually on an empty stomach

This week i have slept a total of 8 hours since monday. I don't know what the fukk is going on. I know a lot of people having the same problem. I can be sleepy as fukk and lay down like ​

that's why i'm one of those people that has to sleep with the t.v. on

if I want to go to sleep I can't, my body will power down when ever the fukk it feels like it
