Nope. I sleep well now a days, now that I started handling life and taking care of important things before they become a problem. No worries when I go to bed.
Alright. I have it bad man. My last nervous break down was a bad one because my former NP messed up my meds.

I used to struggle with it. Not anymore. I get up at 5:30 and workout hard asf. Come home after work and workout for an additional 30 minutes. By the time 9 comes around I’m so tired even with racing thoughts I’m ready to go to bed. Tiring myself out seems to do the trick.
So, basically tire yourself out?

BTW, I have Bipolar Disorder.

P.S. I'm on Risperdone (NP) weening me off. It makes me drowsy and when I got out the hospital my racing thoughts started. I want it to go away. Now, it did bring me closer to God.

Bipolar runs in my family. I have mental health issues too, although I’m not going to say what they are, I’m currently tapering myself off those meds the docs pushed on me. Side effects were no bueno. Tiring myself out has been the key.
