Does insomnia ever go away? Had it for four and a half weeks.

I used to struggle with it. Not anymore. I get up at 5:30 and workout hard asf. Come home after work and workout for an additional 30 minutes. By the time 9 comes around I’m so tired even with racing thoughts I’m ready to go to bed. Tiring myself out seems to do the trick.

While you find yourself not able to sleep, get you a mad repetitive hobby like painting or reading long novels to give your mind an outside stimulus.

Find alternatives that fit your lifestyle, and try to avoid pharmaceutical shyts

Like someone’s else said the tea helps a lot, take a melatonin at night, magnesium in the morning like 500 mg, drink some tea before bed and you will sleep like a baby

I told my therapist this an she told me to have patience because I'm on different medicine now. What is your recommendation? The same thoughts repeat and its hard for me to sleep.

Try doing 3 sets of 20 push ups before bed
Gotta tire the brains daily energy out or it won't turn off
