Knowing which fast food joints had the best items

I knew I had a problem when I went to 3 different 7-11s. What was I to do? One had the best chili, one had the best beer, one had the best taquitos.

Yeah just drink water, drink a lot of it and you'll change real quick. Switch to coconut water if you need a little sugar

legit TODAY i decided to start lifting. i hate lifting but if im going to continue drinking alcohol, its the best way to keep losing weight and look good
