This chick just asked me if I have any goals for the next 3-5 years. I told her I don't ever really make long term goals. . I can say what I think I'd like to be doing, but that's not really goals bcuz I don't really have a plan. I think I'm doing well in life by most people standards, but i've never set goals. Ever. I just always search for the next best move and try to make the best decisions. I've never worked years for anything. I joined the military for 4 years. Got out, got an IT job and just slowly moved up the ranks. Got certs when I needed them. I guess my goals is to maintain and not go backwards. I want to own a business and moved closer to home soon, but I don't have it mapped out yet so I don't consider it a plan.
Anyone else never really set any goals in life?

Do what's best for you and don't worry about what the world says your supposed to be doing. Only if u were a bum ass nikka , would I suggest making some goals or switching up your behavior.
yeah, it sound like you've got your act together. maybe she was subtly asking you about starting a family.
