As ive been aging I have noticed that I simply do not digest as well as I did in my twenties and thirties.. Bloat and Lactose intolerance are the main things that ive been dealing with since I hit 40. I use to be able to eat as much dairy as I wanted when I was younger and still be ok. Now, If I eat Dairy without aid, it will become painful diarrhea.
Ive heard about Probiotics for years and how it help balance your gut. I tried Kombucha in the past and actually liked it, but never took it serious as a primary drink of choice... Until now..
I decided to start drinking Kombucha daily to see its effects. Been doing this for 1 month now and its made a HUGE Difference to my digestion.
Before drinking Kombucha daily, Any fast food or dairy eaten would automatically turn into diarrhea. After Kombucha even If I eat some dairy my feces will come out solid and n0o diarrhea. The only issue I have with Kombucha is that it can make me bloated temporarily because of the carbonation. The slight discomfort of bloat is still worth the effects though.
Recently I transitioned to a Probiotic Drink Called "Good Belly" It taste like a water down version of yogurt (not great tasting) but has the same great belly effects as Kombucha with no BLOAT!!!
It amazing how good you feel when you stomach is in balance. After going through this experience there is no doubt in my mind Gut health is one of the most important things you can monitor when it comes to overal health and wellness.
If you are having digestion issues I high recommend Pre and Probiotics asap.
You can also get pre and probiotics though drinking Apple Cider Vinegar, Regular Yogurt, kimchee and pickled vegetables in general.
If you're constantly feeling like shyt and dont know why, pay attention to your GUT!! Its trying to tell you something for real...
