Anyone else prefer the late 90s over the mid 90s?

Idk man the mid 90s had a fukkin crazy amount of classic albums but the late 90s had a lot of heat that I play more these days.

I remember 1997-1999 so vividly, especially the summers. Glued to the TV mesmerized by music videos like Mo Money Mo Problems, Hypnotize, Money Ain't Aint A Thang, Make Em Say Ugh, videos by Missy & Timbo, Busta Rhymes, 2Pac Changes, Wu-Tang Triumph, Outkast Rosa Parks, etc.

The soundtrack of my youth. So many classic songs and videos :banderas:

Taking nothing away from the Mid 90s though :whoa:. The string of albums that dropped from 94-96 is NASSTTY. I was still too young to fully enjoy that time period though. 97-98 is when I really became a Hip-Hop Stan so that era is near and dear to me.

Mid 90's was dope.

Late 90's was too but it got kinda weird, I can quite put my finger on it.:patrice:
