It's definitely a convenience. You just roll right through the EZ pass lane without stopping to pay. It records that you went throug

Hard to say because driving through New York everything is expensive anyway I don't know

When I first got it like eight or nine years ago I could have sworn they said I get a dollar off of tolls but now I don't think that's the case.

Edit: I just looked it up and it basically depends on your state but yes there are discounts associated with having an EZ Pass

I don't live near tolls. And if I whenever I go to Jersey, I go through the Holland Tunnel, which is cash

Yes you pay less. Every time i get a toll, since i dont have it, it shows how much you couldve saved

Round here they got rid of toll booths a few years ago...they just mail you the toll if you don’t have a pass. That, of course, is a double edge sword cus now they can put a toll wherever they want without worrying much about construction costs and none about its effect of traffic.

I don’t travel to toll states too often but damn having a I-Pass/ E-Z Pass is such a convenience

Yes most trolls u save over 30% from NYC down to dc.
