Used to, I stopped when Milly didn’t advance the second time, I was devastated. You seen 6 seasons you’ve seen em all. I watch clips from kitchen nightmares often tho

Joking but soft scrambled is the GOAT way to make your eggs. I was like you until I got out here to LA and started eating at these grey poupon ass spots.
A breh posted this vid and made a thread about it a few years back.
Soft scrambled with a little cheese is :ohlawd:.
I haven't tried sunny side up yet but cats swear by it.

Haven't watched it in a while, but it's basically a bootcamp style interview for candidates to run his new restaurants. In real life, Ramsey's actually a mild mannered guy, but the culinary industry is hella hardcore to survive in, so he has to make sure that who ever is running his restaurant actually has not only the skills, but also the ability to handle pressure.

I heard that the producers have a control board that controls different aspects of the kitchen, like the burners and the oven, which is why you have these executive chef types making mistakes like undercooking or overcooking food. Whether it's for creating drama for the camera or for Ramsey to see who cracks under the pressure, I can tell for sure. I'm pretty sure that Raj guy was a plant or an actor for how he acted.

On an unrelated note, that beef Wellington I had at his Las Vegas spot was fire:ohlawd:

They look runny, but they're actually just creamy and soft scrambled. When you actually eat them, they aren't runny at all. I use this technique a lot. You could also expose them to heat for an extra 10-20 seconds and they'll firm up more. Or even stir them an extra 10 seconds after removing them from heat the last time and it'll have the same effect.

I watched a few seasons back in the day. It’s trash but I’ll be lying if I said that shyt wasn’t entertaining. One of the contestants that should of won but didn’t is Ralph Pagano who owns a restaurant on south beach called Naked Taco and the food is fukking bomb. I saw him once there and told him I was rooting for him on hell’s kitchen and he shot me and my girl free glasses of some really expensive champagne on the house. Cool dude.
