Anyone ever gotten any self help or life advice online?

The coli isn't the place for this stuff, people will look at you weird, think a certain way about you and so forth, anyone ever gotten any real self help online? life advice or anything to can possibly help a person turn his life around? I see a forum called "depression forum" but its just people posting daily updates of how much life sucks.

but you make a good point, you definitely can't go to internet echo chambers of depression or shyt like that because everyone is there simply to be reaffirmed or generally have hugs passed around.

Literally a forum I posted on once was literally the same people posting sad shyt for daps and internet hugs, left and never came back.
