To me that's not hating. That's foolish to come in late so much you get written up for it and then expect everyone else to cover for you on the job.

If old head in this skit was really smart you wouldn't even have to snitch. People like this shoot themselves in the foot.

I had coworkers do all sorts of stuff but never told they usually get caught themselves.

I mind my business and go home and tell my wife about the young breh who just got hired already fukking up.

:mjlol:

I’ll never hate or snitch, but I will judge and try to give you some game IF you’re not an a$$hole. But if you are, I’ll be laughing at you behind your back every time you’re fukking up not realizing someone is watching and building a case on you.

I had a coli co-worker named Sirbiatch who is perma banned. He did a lot of stupid shyt at work. I'll just give one story.

I used to get cheap hair cuts on Tuesdays while at work. Dip to the barber for a $7 cut. Which would be unheard of today. Id go early. Dude started biting my moves except he went there late and sat in line for 4 hours. Management clocked him soon as he left. He was in charge of distributing out batch work for the day. This fool had a basic job and he didn't do it before he left the office exposing himself. Then when he came back late and was asked about his absence he created a meeting and calls.my department into the board room for us to meet to come up with a way to save his ass. I wanted to slap this dumb mofo so bad. I had to calmly tell him he couldn't ask us to cover his ass or even call a fukking meeting he wasn't a leader.

So yes I've had dumb co-workers to make a long story short. I met that fool at the job and I put him into sohh then the coli. He was a clown online and offline.

Yes I have had such co-workers, but never male only female.

See when this old man complains it's all true, but women make shyt up!
I was once called into HR for some of the dumbest shyt.

I had a presentation to give to an audience of about 20 people, it was September 11.
Once everyone is in the conference room i'm about to close the door, then a female comes by, id say mid-30s.
She comes up to me and says don't forget to do a moment of silence for 9/11.
I said "i'll see what I can do, I have a long presentation"
She said no just do it, and I said i'll see.
Then she said what you dont care about 9/11? Are you happy that happened or something?

I raised my eyebrows and gave her the wtf look, and then she said something else while walking away but not sure what it was.

Then the next day I get called into HR, and the first thing the HR lady says is "So what happened"
I knew right away what it was about.
But then she said that the woman said that I flatly refused to do the moment of silence and then SLAMMED THE DOOR ON HER FACE.
I was like whattt??? That's a boldface lie. I didn't even close the door, it remained open as she walked away.
Then i'm like ya I don't want her to ever speak to me again, and I guess the HR lady told her because she never did.
Luckily there was 2 witnesses that said that no door was slammed.

It's like I stay away from negativity man, I always do my best to surround myself with positivity.
So I stay away from people like that, I always make sure never to engage with such people.

It's this one Cac azz nepotism co worker at my job that has found just about EVERY loophole at my job to keep himself employed. he has the up most lousiest work ethic ever, he always arrives to work late, 98% of the time when he does make it to work he's halfway awake, and he always complains about coming to work and having to do work.

His dad has been with the company for about 11 or 13 years (his dad is just a simple lead, he's not in Senior Management or anything of that nature) so his dad puts some up on loophole and glitches within the point system at my job (at my job if you get five points on your record your automatically terminated)

There's been at least three or four instances where I know good and damn well he's reached five points

1. During peak season at my job he continuously kept coming in late (his reasons for coming in late is staying up late as hell playing video games and smoking weed) one specific day during peak season he came in about like an hour and a half late, he walked up to his Cac coworker friend with the typical run of the mill "yeah, they're about to fire me bro it was nice knowing you" HR had called him into their office, about 30 minutes later he walks back onto the floor dabbing up his Cac coworker friend cheesing from ear to ear "YEAH, bro they took a point off my record!!" (I really wish I could have been a fly on the wall during that meeting)

2. There was another brief moment during peak season for some odd reason the HR system wasn't giving points to people that were coming in late, his dad had told him about it so he had purposely skipped out on a couple of days of work.

3. One loophole that he found in the point system was that if you come into work late and leave work early the system will only award you half of a point so he constantly always comes in late and always leaves early.

4. He intentionally comes into work late, and uses his ppto the cover up the Gap space of time that he didn't show up to work.

The ongoing joke that I always say about this coworker is if he was a cat that had nine lives he's working on his 86th life.
