...is there a surge in takeout orders?

Are you making more money?

Ive been thinking of ways to make money during this down time...so I have an even larger bankroll to invest with....
...this seems like an easy way to make some cash while people are stuck in their house, and they cant go out to eat.

There is a surge - one of my friends is working UberEats, DoorDash and Postmates - I did it in NYC for a few weeks and was eating alright; easy to do when the deliveries are like 10-15 min away at the latest -

I'm guessing the orders are even more local than before as foot traffic dries up so you can probably get by on a bicycle or on foot more than previously. I know a girl who did food delivery in a big city and since she was in the downtown area, she could just walk or catch the bus to all of her orders. Makes for zero overhead

I was doing it for the past few weeks but stopped for now cuz of the virus and cuz my parents are more at risk being over 60 and having conditions. But I was eating good. Did postmates and ubereats. Postmates has a thing where you do 70 deliveries and they pay you the difference of $600, tips not included. I did my 70th on Sunday and got $233 dollars added to my account. Plus I got a regular job so this is just extra added income but it definitely helps. Especially if you in a major city and they offer bonuses and whatnot.
