I once met this ethiopian girl, who worked at a 7 eleven, that had a tattoo running from one temple, across her jaw, to the other temple. I asked her about it and she said it related to her christian faith. When I asked her to go further she said it had something to do with The Gospel of John. And then when I asked her to tell me more she said no :beli:

Tradition of Coptic Orthodox Christians. It symbolizes communal identity. They are the group of Christians you usually hear being persecuted and denied religious freedom in Egypt and around the Middle East.
