Man, I've been smoking since high school going almost 10 year strong. Back in the days chilling in parks smokin and drinking, you know, petty adolescent shyt.

But now I'm grown and this shyt got me twisted. It's like I'm a fukking crack addict once I start puffin I can't stop... I see all these nikkas in hip hop smoking blunt after blunt, wtf. How does snoop even get shyt done?

I feel you op. The thing is weed, like everything else, is good when used in moderation. Once it turns into abuse then it's no longer fun. The only advice I can give is take advantage of the moment of clarity. Take advantage of that moment when you question it all and just stop. Ride that wave breh and remember the hardest thing about quitting weed is the boredom. You have to fill that time.

I didn't give it up completely but I cut back alot on it. I used to be one those people that smoked every single but for the last 2 years I've only been smoking on weekends. I prefer it that way, my tolerance is way down and I get more things done during the week.

Try to cheef to emulate rappers breh

A lot of people don't know how to smoke properly like op. They over do it. Why are you trying to puff down blunts like snoop?

Uncertain grounds
i quit. first two months or so were somewhat difficult but after that it was pretty smooth sailing. i removed myself from situations until i was comfortable and now i can decline with ease. i think, scientifically, its hard at first because it takes a while for the brain to start producing its own cannabinoids again (?) or somethin like that. just battle through it. im not against it for others now all of a sudden because i quit, i just prefer not to get back into that grind for many reasons. not worth it at this point.

i've been smoking regularly for like half my life. my tolerance hasn't built up at all...it's fallen off a cliff. i still smoke pretty much daily but it's almost exclusively solo at night before i go to bed and it's very, very little. that's really the only time i really want to light up, i'm not trying to do anything but watch the simpsons and go to sleep after i blaze.

i went into rehab in january, i was a full blown junkie who in the end even spent the last dime of my food money on weed, i also was in a full blown psychosis. had a fall back from april to may where i went total nuts again but i am off it since then. weak genes, weak character, problematic family history, ghetto childhood etc. i was a fukkup. i started at 14 but i feel a lot better now without it. the first months after quitting where hell for me, but a job and gym 4-5
7 times a week helped a lot. my depressions are gone, i hardly get psychotic episodes anymore and i am focused. still love and miss the weed but it can't be.

i have 3 years sober after like 7 years of heavy smoking. i quit pretty easily but i miss it sometimes.

i quit because i felt like it made me lazy and took any motivation i had to do anything. the worse days were days i would wake n bake and would end up staying in bed falling in and out of sleep and watching bullshyt on TV. before i knew it, it would be 4pm and i would go to a friends house to smoke some more. come home like at 10pm blasted and gorge myself on dinner and have a pre-bed smoke and save some for the am. repeat. it was pretty bad.
