Thinking about doing a 2 day trip to Portland or Seattle

Only boring people get bored.
That being said, if you can entertain yourself where you're at, you can entertain yourself wherever you go on Earth and it shouldn't be no problem for you.
I don't know where you at, but I'm assuming you already live in America.
Portland or Seattle shouldn't be no different (On a culture shock level) to where you live at already.
Go and enjoy yourself, unless you know you the type to need other people around to keep you occupied.
I do most all my travelling dolo because I hate being with people who ain't flexible "pause".
Gotta stick to itinnerarys. Got to trip the holiday like a field trip with a history quiz at the end of it.
Be looking up yelp reviews for restaurants or lists on YouTube for the "Best of" places.
fukk that.
I live for spontaneity and fukkery while readily accepting that one day I just might die from the pursuit of that.
I just go out with cash, a blade, a phone and someone back home I ping my locations to incase I end up missing on one of my many adventures 'cause a breh really does find himself out here in weird places, being so personable at times.
Even if you unsure of yourself, it's just two days.
IF you find it's not to your liking, being alone and failing to come up with things to do/entertain yourself with, you'll know quickly and be able to move different next vacation.

I do it often, have been the last three years. However I go to places where my friends live so I link up with someone at some point. It wasnt always like that though, I might go back to Miami solo if my boy can’t pull up and I would’ve done Hawaii alone again but me and my boy going new years ‘24 he’s gonna show me around since he knows it better than me.

Yes to toronto and that shyt was fun. Drove there and back by myself. The thing that made it fun was that it was all under my time the way i wanted to do it. Didnt have to compromise my plans or time for someone else. I got the most out of my vacation in the little time i had without going broke. It was liberating actually. Was obviously on my p's and q's as a nonresident but i wasnt really stressed out or worried about anything at that moment.

I ziplined across the niagara falls and wasnt scared one bit.

Nope. My cousin who is single w/ no kids works M-F but works half day on Friday. Goes to the airport after work, goes to some state and returns Sunday night.

His fat ass loves that Diners, Drive in Dives show. He travels to the those states to try the foods he saw on the show every weekend.

Those are the two worst places to go solo.
