I just checked it out (essence festival website) and they got the man Kem and Charlie Wilson......might have to check it out

what was the scene like? was it just a bunch of over the hill sistas out there or what?
I think it is mostly an mature crowd but probably a lot of women in they late 20s to 30s too. My sister and her friends went a few times so it may be some younger shorties out there
.Never been myself though.
the young tenders EVERYWHERE mainly up and down bourbon and canal for the most part....saw a lot of the 30+ women dressed in white when driving through but trust me they was looking emaculate too....whoever hitting up these grown and sexy white parties is WINNING....but if you looking for the young tenders bourbon and canal is where it's at
