Anyone got a 3tb external drive for their media files?

I need a large one for my media player, looking for one which isn't too noisy, reliable And preferably switched off when the media player seiches off, like my Samsung story 2tb.

They don't work with everything for some reason

Alot of times you gotta partion the drive or other extra shyt so I just stick to the 2tb HDDs

Hmmmm.

I don't mind partioning it, it's easy enough isn't it?

I think I'll get the seagate, I'll stop using the other drives and use them for storage, just in case something catastrophic happens.

Using it with my PC, though. I don't know if it will power down when your media player powers down.
