I use flour and and a twice fried method:manny:

I been using the same seasonings for years tho , so it's about time to switch it up . Thinking about infusing fine chopped jalapeños

I use season all salt, garlic pepper, black pepper, and a bit of chilli seasoning

Garlic powder
Black pepper
Paprika or Red Pepper
Onion salt
Seasoning Salt
Apple cider vinegar (1/4 cup per every ten wings )

Buttermilk got me :lupe: to try

If you tryna go basic just hit them joints with some pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and Adobo (the kind with cumin). Ideally let it muuurrrnate in that for a while. Dip it in some buttermilk (whisk it with a little pepper) then season the flour with the same seasonings (go lighter if you murrnated the chicken for a while, heavier if not since most of the flavor will be in the skin/batter then). If you don't have a deep frier the cast iron skillet is best to pan fry. If you're making wings or wingettes just use a deep pot
