the dentist I was going to last year offered complimentary ones so I figured why not since I always wanted to. They strapped me up, set up the mouth guard and placed the light over my mouth. It was going to be 2 10 min sessions and that would be it. First session went normal. 
The second session was fine too until I had about 3 mins left
It was the most searing pains you can ever experience. It almost felt like a laser was working it's way to the back of my tooth. I got them to take it off so I could take a break. Finally started again and it was fine until the final couple of seconds where the pain kicked in. Left the dentist office and for the next three hours I was in excruciating pain. Imagine feeling a sensation like your teeth are randomly pop & cracking for hours. fukkin horrible...on top of that the results vary so don't expect to go from Lavar Ball to Whitney Houston because that's unrealistic...unless I just had a bad experience
