anyone have experience with NearlyFreeSpeech hosting?

im setting up a small website and i came across these guys. their pricing plans are interesting... they only charge you for what you use.

however, anything with "free speech" in its name online kinda worries me if you know what i mean...

anybody here used them? good experience? bad one?
