Anyone have trouble not holding A job due to others trying to emasculate you?

I've found myself losing 2 jobs due to this in 2017. I'm working construction but the amount of disrespect that goes into it drives me crazy. I have a meeting with the union soon, but these ppl with no athleticism and their weird trying to dominate you ways be having me kinda flip.

Like its hard for me, bc I know one day I'll become a father or a husband and I can't come home taking that kinda disrespect. But it seems like ppl I'm above in 9/10 in life got this 1 on me and get emotional when I don't let them punk me

Last job I got fired bc I showed up to work on time, no one was there. I called 3 times, xidnt get a text for 2 hours and was expected to report back to the job site, told em I already left by then and I'm cool on that. They thought they could just conduct business like that and I'd take it and be cool about it but was like naw bro

Nah this is why I pretty much just keep to myself at work. If you don't talk to people like that you don't give them an opportunity to fukk with you. On the negative side you'll pretty much never climb the ladder, but it is what it is, 9-5 only supposed to be a temporary situation anyway

to me, there's really no way to avoid ppl at the job saying slick shyt. my only solution is to work for yourself
