Yeah but the only thing I noticed was the taste is crisper. Over a decade ago I used sparking water, it's soooo many to choose from, to cut out sodas. Now I may drink one soda a month if that.

Drink what water you can but electrolytes (minerals) are important and are the means to how your cells actually absorb the water. You can be drinking and pissing all day long and still be dehydrated if you aren't getting any minerals from your water or food.

I quit energy drinks by drinking La Croix coconut. They have to be ice cold though and you can’t let them sit once open lol. I recently discovered Topo Chico though. They are on another level. Throw some lime in and it almost taste like a Sprite.
