anyone here ever had a mouth ulcer?

it started christmas day when I was finna eat some mac n cheese, when I took the first bite and started chewing it felt like my whole throat got covered in gasoline and lit on fire, I was shook shyt was hurting so bad I was damn near balled up...my mama wanted me to go to the hospital but I didn't, I thought it was just some freak occurrence or something

ever since then the back of the roof of my mouth, I guess they call it the soft palate, been sore as fukk and it's been killing me...my girl been tellin me it's a sinus infection and coming over here giving me cold and sinus medicine that shyt ain't did nothin, it's been a bytch trying to eat or swallow or talk for the past four days

I thought whatever it was would go away by now but I got up this morning with the same shyt...so I decided to play doctor google and looked up the symptoms and they all seem to point to a mouth ulcer, and these folks say the shyt can last a few weeks the only thing is tho they say usually mouth ulcers are accompanied by visible and discolored sores somewhere in the mouth and I haven't seen any as of yet

I've been rinsing with antibacterial mouthwash like crazy and drinking hella water, but I can't deal with weeks of this shyt it's driving me crazy yall

so anyone who has had to deal with this shyt drop some jewels for ya boy, this shyt is WOAT

nah but these sites say you can't get mouth ulcers from someone else...but they also say the exact cause of most mouth ulcers is unknown and they may reoccur from time to time if this shyt ever happens to me again I'm taking a shotgun to the roof of my mouth
