Y Combinator invests in early stage startups. They invested in Airbnb, Reddit and many other big companies. They have a Startup School series with advice from founders of Facebook, LinkedIn and other big companies. I think they just started a podcast as well if you search on iTunes.
Masters of Scale by Reid Hoffman (Founder of LinkedIn) is a new podcast on stories from early stages of startups.
He's got an episode on there with Tristan Walker, a brother who started a black grooming company (Walker & Co). They make the Bevel trimmer if you've seen Nas promoting it (fun fact, Nas is a tech investor. Has invested in companies like Lyft)
