For Favela, camp in the flatbed of the destroyed pickup truck near the supply crate, the juggernauts will spawn one or two at a time. When you need to reload throw flash grenades.
For the oil rig platform, you camp on a catwalk and pick off the juggernauts as they spawn

wetwork, i jus stayed downstairs & dem fukkers came 2 me
high explosive was really close. i got my homeboy and he camped on the front door of the house to the farthest left when you start playing (the house that has dat window that you can jump though) he camps there and ur in the back behind da chairs. he be the bait, i finish dem off

You absolutely need a partner for the ones with Jugs. The last one with the hostages is easiest solo.
But yeah I got 1000/1000 in MW2. Hard but didn't touch getting 1000/1000 in COD4. Mile High Club broke me down..multiple times
