Once the post panic euphoria wears off I become hypersensitive to any minor aches or pains my body may have. It's like you can feel the blood rushing in and out of your heart, waiting for something to go awry. That residual fear can lead to another attack.

I've been to the hospital lotsrally thinking I'm going to die with palpitations all over the place, my head tightening up feeling like its going to burst, feeling dizzy like I'm going to faint

All panic attacks

And then it's gone an you sit and you wait and poof comes back

What do you know about your toes tingling, eyes blurry thinking you got diabetes only it's an anxiety attack

when I used to smoke weed and drive on the highway I used to get panic attacks, like my heart would literary jump outta my chest and I would tense up and had trouble breathing. Shaking the steering wheel and stuff. But when I was sober I was fine.........

Turns out now that I have pretty much quit smoking weed those panic attacks have made a comeback when I drive on the highway when I'm straight sober...

Same shyt, I even had EKGs done and had to have a heart monitor on for a week. Eventually I put two and two together since it's in my family history heavy and got psychiatric help and I've been good since. I don't care if people see that as being less of a man fukk ya'll I feel good now. Having to dip out of a movie theater cause I thought I was having a heart attack at 17. shyt is not fun and I don't wish it on anyone.

The worst was when I couldn't smoke because it would be a guaranteed panic attack, don't matter much now though I stopped smoking besides once or so on the weekends.

I had 2 in college. Scary as shyt.

I agree with the hypersensitive comment. I'd notice anything that seemed even remotely off. My body took awhile to recover.

I feel you brother.

I had generalized anxiety since I was twenty.

I controlled it for much of my life through breathing techniques and a healthy lifestyle.

Lately I've taken on new opportunities and while great, I feel too "on" like it's tough to wind down.

I give myself an hour to calm down and usually chill half an hour after.

It's a challenge.

Honestly, peace of mind is everything.

I'm committed to my health and relaxation.

All the time. I'm taking anti-anxiety medication and been going to therapy for years to fix it. Anxiety attacks are the worst feeling ever.

Word. It sucks when it feels like a prolonged anxious state.

I quit vaping nicotine two days ago. I vaped on and off for 4 years. I think part of why I feel like this now is the nicotine withdrawal. And just 4 hours of sleep last night for a 12 hour shift. Logically it's like "that'll do it".

Luckily I feel relaxed now. Hoping the best for everyone here. Bless.

Unless my mind is preoccupied there are times when my walking becomes rigid when I'm around people out and about. Which is weird considering I don't really feel much anxiety like at work or at the gym.
