I deal with both Chinese and American suppliers. Alibaba has plenty of stuff that's made and shipped from the USA too.

5-7 business days is not an unreasonable time to wait. Some suppliers will get it to them quicker.

Just remember, most drop ship arrangements have to be made by contacting and communicating with the factory. Not done through message/email. Definitely not for the impatient.

The reason I've started drop shipping some stuff is that I never have any product on hand. No shipping/handling logistics. Which works out much better.

:ohhh: Didnt know Alibaba had American suppliers.

I just started drop shipping on eBay a few weeks ago. I didnt even need any startup capital, the buyer pays and the money goes straight to my paypal then send part of that money over to the supplier who ships to the customer (well I did have reserve cash in case something went wrong). Which in my case just happened, got some dude that just opened a case against, dude aint even telling me what the fukk the problem is :pacspit:.

It used to be like that bro....back in the day. Then nikkas fukked everything up :patrice:

eBay has the right to hold your funds for up to 21 days at their own discretion. If you're a power seller, they're less likely to fukk with you but, new accounts get shytted on. So...I'd be careful listing certain items if you dont have the reserves to ship everything out of pocket.

Yeah, everybody and their mom selling cases and shyt on there, there's tooo much competition on there. I just got plugged into selling some software on there a few weeks ago. Im taking a BIG RISK though because Im just selling product keycars, which I dont know if is against eBay's terms. I know I cant send the code straight up through email though.

Yea Ive had my account since 2010. But I dont have many transactions on it, like 17 currently. Initially eBay/paypal would hold my money but over the last couple weeks Ive been making some many transactions they stopped holding it and as soon as a buyer purchases the money's available in my paypal. From there I wait a couple days and transfer to my bank.

I just had a case open against me over the weekend, working on resolving it now. The nikka tryna say the code aint work, I think he tryna pull a fast one on me :sadcam:

:youngsabo: what you wanna know

I don't know where to begin. I have an aged ebay account with 13 positive scores/feedback. I just want to be able to sell something (something, anything) on there. I would rather dropship from a US-based supplier (to avoid long deliveries). Is it easy as you guys claim it to be? I just list a product on ebay, someone pays $200 (product price), I keep 10-15%, give the rest to my supplier, give him the customer's delivery address and that's it?

I don't play the eBay thing anymore. Im more into building my own products/brands and selling on my own websites.

I'll pm you a guy who pretty much breaks down how to be a top seller on Amazon.

Alright thanks. Yeah ebay has a ton of fees. I don't see how people make money with dropshipping on there. Selling on your own site is good I guess. But it takes awhile to get your site ranked for the product you're trying to sell.

Social media has changed things and has made it so you can sell things a lot faster. Right now, instagram can get you some quick wins, simple to setup, fast and no hassle. All you need is bots, content, and if you want paying for shoutouts or connections with people with large instagram accounts.

In your pm you say you do SEO, I have a couple questions to ask. I outsourced some SEO to a company and my shyt ain't really getting the results I'd expect :francis:

Funny you bring that up. Have a family member who does arts and crafts asking me about this. Any link would be great to push me forward.

Arts and crafts are they on etsy? What I sent @Angelic Servers was about picking products that are already selling well on Amazon, buying that wholesale, doing the whole FBA thing, taking good quality pictures, buying reviews from launch services, etc.

Arts and Crafts I'd imagine would be different. That'd be a personal branding thing and easy would probably be the best place to go. Take quality photos, put it on etsy. Then have friends and family buy from you on easy so you can get reviews. Try and get like 20 reviews if possible and then just promote it in easy and see where it's at.

You can also put stuff like that on instagram. Create an IG for the business. Again have quality content that you post daily. Get a bot, it'll follow, like, comment users. With the right settings you should gain 3,000+ followers a month. If people like it they'll buy. From there start paying for shootouts from bigger instagram pages in your niche.

After you're set on instagram. Look into Facebook marketing. I can't help you on that but if you have the money, there's ppl you can pay to do it for you.

But when you buy shyt wholesale and have the product on hand there's the opportunity for a larger profit margin.
