Anyone know how to get rid of Conduit Search (Chrome)?

download both superantispyware and malwarebytes. I download an obscene amount of movies, tv shows, and music and end up with this bullshyt Conduit thing at least once a month. one of the two programs I mentioned will delete it.

I got that shyt while installing a program to change the extension of multiple files simultaneously, the program works pretty well so it was worth it
I had that shyt on IE and Chrome....I usually surf the internet raw so it was my fault. I really dont have no problem tho when it comes to getting rid of shyt like that. Its kind of like a challenge for me.
