First, fukk SH for giving scalpers a new way to sell. Those ticket prices. :scust:

But since this show I wanna go to is sold out via Ticketmaster, this is the only place I can get a ticket.

My question is, if tickets ain't selling, how long before "group" tickets are broken down to singles?

I'm pretty sure prices will lower the closer the event comes.

Almost nobody on there wants to sell a single. I would call the box office of the venue. Unless it's a really big name, they could likely have singles available.

I used to work for a competitor of StubHub and I'll tell you that chances are they will not split tickets unless you're looking for a pair. Like dude above said resellers don't want to sell singles since people usually buy in pairs. Also, as the event nears chances are they will not split tix and just eat up the cost of the tix they didn't sell since they've already made their profit on the previous tickets sold. Your best bet if you're looking for a single is at the venue, day of the event...but always a risk of getting counterfeit tix.

Yeah, I've bought walk up numerous times (at the BO, one time from scalper). But this event isn't just another event. It's a special one. No chance there are walk up tix cause it sold out in a few minutes.

There's a lot of tix available on SH, I'm holding out for a lower price to come as the event nears.

Resellers would rather lose money than split them up? :dahell:
